I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The tranquil grounds felt like I was staying in the old stables of a large country house. The room in the morning was very comfortable and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff who answered all my questions early. I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were really comfortable, but they could use a refurbishment. I loved the idea of having breakfast delivered in a bag for early departures, and they even included a treat for my dog. The service was fantastic, the staff was so pleasant and helpful that I will definitely stay here again. The location is wonderful, just minutes from the Euro tunnel but surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Dining was convenient with room service hitting the spot. Overall, a lovely experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
